Shipping, Warranty and Return Information
Nags Head Hammocks uses UPS Ground for its shipping and tries to ship every order in 1-2 days after it has been received. Exceptions to this are out of stock items and DuraWood products, which are made to order to your specifications. Orders not in stock usually take 2-5 days. Please refer to the map below for transit time once your order has been shipped out. We offer expedited shipping, simply call us for quotes.

Warranty
Nags Head Hammocks guarantees its products to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship. If you experience any difficulties with an item, we will either replace it or send you a replacement part at no cost to you. There is no time constraint to this warranty, however, damaged caused by normal weathering and aging is not covered under this warranty. Damaged incurred in shipping
Even though rare, it is possible that some parts get damaged during shipping. In this case, we will be happy to send you a replacement as soon as possible and contact UPS ourselves for claims and damages. We cannot ship an item with rush delivery because it has been damaged and needs to be reshipped. We prefer to keep our shipping costs as low as possible and pass than savings on to you.
